"The room was clean, but the mini fridge was left unplugged and someone left food in it so it continued to make the room smell horrible. We had to wait a while at the front desk, because the lady was outside and didn’t hear the bell ring multiple times. Didn’t like that the door was a key. "The location and views were incredible! Our room was lovely; very clean, comfortable and charming. and there was so much care and detail for our 5 year old: special sheep sheets, a kids dining set for breakfast- it really made her feel special. Breakfast was delicious, and the stocked fridge to purchase beer or wine was really nice in the evening after we put our little one to sleep - we had a beer on our balcony looking up at the castle and out to the river. We will definitely need to return! "

"The hotel was central to everything and was right on the Moselle river. I highly recommend their breakfast it was spectacular! We were traveling from city to city by bikes and they had hotel storage for our bikes. They were not able to do early check in but they had luggage storage which allowed us to walk around town freely. We will definitely stay again!"

"I booked the room with balcony. Good size clean room. Bathroom has being renovated. Balcony is good place to sit and enjoy wine and watch river flow by. Continental breakfast was good. Has cold cut meat, freshly baked bread, hard boiled eggs, etc. Note hotel is on the other side of Cochem town. It is 10 to 15 mins walk to Cochem proper. Also if you are coming by train, station is 15 to 20 min walk. "
