"Not a great experience. They never replied to my emails asking about facilities. Confirmation and T&C's only sent to me on day of arrival. "I think the hotel had been closed for a few weeks and we got there at the exact day and time they were re opening so had to call to get someone to let us in but everything fine after that. There is an elevator. The room had everything , including a mini fridge."
