Also they had my credit card information to charge if we don't canceled before allowable time. They send me their bank information to transfer funds week before while we were traveling outside US. "This is a wonderful property to spend time with family. Staff is very friendly and go out of their way to help you with your request and the whole place is so close to nature that it almost feels like just being there is a vacation in itself. Kids loved all the trees and outdoor activities especially the river and wild crocodiles in the back. "

"The property has nothing renovation. We had stinky room and broken exhaust fan in the bathroom. Quality of toiletries were worst ….I used their body lotion and it was like chalk mix..had no glycerin even. Poor maintenance and not for value at all. This property should not have daily rate for stay more 1000 Rs per day. Pathetic resort ..ruined my holiday. "
