"The desk staff was very helpful and let us shorten our stay a night due to a change of plans despite our having to deal with Expedia. "Property was very nice and clean. Couple of issues I had.1. We waited outside for an hour and half waiting to get in. I tried to call but no answer. Finally a neighbor came and let us in. They asked me to upload our passports to the site on Expedia but there is nowhere to upload it to. So without uploading we couldn’t get our room. "Arrived around Midnight. Welcomed by a very kind and service oriented receptionist. Considering the cost, the room was extremely nice and clean with a large balcony. Breakfast (included) was well assorted and og in good wuality and well tasting. Surroundings/tables/attention to covid risk reduction absolutely fine. Only reason for not not giving top marks is that noise from cleaning of the stairway and from other guests woke me up 6 am"
