"Perfect spot for our family to participate in Xterra. Right across the road from race area by yhe beach. We wanted a spot with kitchen and washing machine. Drying rack provided in each room. We like independence, so not the place for you if you prefer a concierge type of stay. Grocery store is a block away. Great views of mountains. "

"We were one of the first guests in the Residenza Alto Garda so everything was brand new and very nicely furnished. The apartments are spacious, modern and clean. Location is few minutes walking from the beach and few steps away from the Riva promenade/historic center. There is parking just outside the building. "I'm very glad I stayed here. Everything was nice, clean, and even a little stylish. This is a nice hotel. The two staff I interacted with were both very friendly and made me feel very welcome. I can't comment on breakfast because I didn't have it. The bathroom was nice. They give you a vanity package which came in handy and was appreciated, including emory board, hair tie, shower cap, etc. They have good tea in the room and an electric kettle. The pillows were very nice and there was even an extra body pillow which was great, again, very much appreciated. The room totally darkens, too. This place was better than I was expecting. I would happily stay here again and I definitely recommend it. "
