"Alt stemte med opplysninger som ble oppgitt. Vi fikk i gen beskjed om hvordan vi sjekket inn sent og hvordan sjekke ut. Trekker på service for dette. Men når vi ringte alarmtelefonen for dette så ordnet alt seg! Den servicen var bra! Siden rommet var uten vann og bad brukte vi felles facilitetene og det var romslig og bra utstyrt og med utmerket renhold!"

"There are both good things and bad things about this place. Good! Very convenient place, near by the Hafjell ski resort. good space, good kitchen and a nice sauna. In general apartment was clean and pleasant. Bad! The TV is super old and may be a decades old. Pictures are not that clean and clear. It has only few channels and kids hate it and they are very disappointed, actually. Another bad thing is, we found unwashed pan and few cups in the kitchen cupboards. That gave us a huge doubt to...

"We rented the apartment for some family time in the Norwegian mountains. Very helpful and friendly staff during check-in, spotless apartment in fabulous location and great service from the vaktmester when a leak in the sink turned the water off (he came shortly and fixed the problem). "Veldig hyggelig og imøtekommende personale. Vi bodde i Nordtunet 2. Hytten trenger oppgradering. Det var to kokeplater som fungerte svært dårlig, brukte 30 min på å steke en pølse. Veldig lytt mellom badet og rommet ved siden. Hodeputene var for litt for tykke. Pluss for god liggekomfort i de to enkeltstående sengene. "Utrolig kaldt når vi kom frem i leiligheten, vi måtte sitte med jakker inne. Ble ikke varmt før ut på natta. Leiligheten er litt for liten til fire voksne. Begynner å bli slitt og bør oppgraderes. "We absolutely loved the hotel! The Polish lady at the reception was absolutely lovely and helpful with the restaurant recommendation. We stayed in a Superior twin room and it was much bigger than we expected. The hotel is in a heart of Lillehammer so couldn’t ask for a better location. The breakfast was delicious, so much choice! Freshly made waffles are a must to try as they are absolutely delicious! Having an additional heater in a room was amazing as it was quite cold outside when we stayed. Be will definitely come back. "

"On my visit to Norway I looked for a property close to where I was working. As a keen golfer I noticed the property advertised an on site golf course and driving range. This was the main reason I booked this hotel. I paid extra to fly my clubs over. To my surprise on arrival there was not a golf course in site or driving range. When I enquired about the facility’s I was told the nearest course was over 20 minutes away. This was really disappointing. The property didn’t have an electric charge point either. This has really put me off using hotels.com again now as I don’t know what to expect from the advertised rooms. The room didn’t look anything like the advertised room and it definitely wasn’t a queen bed. The room temperature couldn’t be adjusted and the room was very basic and not what I was expecting for the price I paid. "
