The hotel is going through a major refurb and we stayed in a refurbished room was was super clean. Breakfast was buffet style with eggs being cooked to your liking. We only stayed for a short break but would definitely return if visiting Whitby. "

"We had afternoon tea at the property on check in day which was excellent with very good attentive service. My wife is in a wheelchair and the whole building, once in, is very easily accessible. She can walk so getting in and out of the building was easier than using the wheelchair, but there is an accessible entrance.
