"The house and cottage was perfect for our family reunion of 12 and 2 little ones. Bathroom and shower/tub in every room! Kitchen and Dining area and seating for 18 inside and out was perfect. Amazing kitchen with plenty of dishes and all possibly needed to cook large meals. Three sitting rooms with fireplace and wood provided Games, books, puzzles, game room, outside badminton and soccer. "We had an amazing stay at this cottage for a few days of walking the Brecon Beacons. Cottage has everything needed, is in a great location for walking and has an amazing pub ‘Royal Oak’ with superb food in easy walking distance. Pity about the issue with the heating and TV didn’t work, but these were minor issues compared to the great cottage. Thank you Richard"

"We stayed there for 2 nights with 3 kids. The house was really nice and clean in a picturesque village. A small grocery shop a few meters away as well as a pub. We had a problem when we arrived as we didn't get the passcode from the online company but the owner was in touch and sorted out everything within a couple of minutes. "We had an excellent stay at the Three Cocks Hotel. The hotel is very well furnished, exceptionally clean, super comfortable, and cosy. Jessica and the team were very helpful and accommodating - the breakfast was lovely. Location-wise it was perfect to get into Hay-on-Wye by car and taxi (but do book ahead of time)."
