"We had a relaxed 2 night stay. The staff were personable and friendly, especially the wait staff in the restaurant. The food was excellent and we loved course we tried. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We had a hit of tennis and used the free bikes which was a lot of fun. Thanks for having us!"

"I love this place. The staff are rad the food is always great. Rooms are bigger than other local places. Fast Wi-Fi. A bar you can just chill in if it's wet up top. I can drive to the resort in 35 minutes. My only gripe is the room TV is WAY too small it's not a smart TV. No microwave to heat my wheat bag 😁. "

"The condition of this property was so bad that it didn't even meet the base line for paid accommodation. The couch was broken and unusable. There was mould around the windows and they haven't been cleaned in years. The toilet was filthy. The kitchenet did not even have a power point to run the useless hotplate that was provided. The fridge was broken, The mattress have loose springs..and on it goes. This place was so bad that I'm going to lodge a chargeback on my credit card as the facility did...

Best Ski base with stunning mountain view at your doorsteps

"Our family loves to ski and just discover this gem of a town, Omeo. 45 mins drive up and down Mt Hotham has never been this easy. Town is stunning with amazing bike park I have never seen anywhere else. The property is super stunning, up the mountain with gorgeous big front yard looking down to town. Property is packed with all essential amenity and comfort for our stay. Lots of kitchenette, sharp knife and full shade of dried woods for us to keep warm. Lots of clean towels, many sets of bedsheets and blankets for hygiene. Super pretty night sky with whole Milky Way in sight. We definitely have to return to this charming place. Thanks so much Joanne & Nicole for such great communication, giving us advise and make sure we have been looking after. Highly recommend this place. "
