The suite was large and clean - very comfortable. The bed was comfortable. Staff provided items when they were lacking like portable heater, extension cord.

The host was very accommodating and helpful and the building itself is a real pain with how the elevators and the keys were Etc but the host makes up for it

Amazing! My only grip is that the doors of the rooms shut very loudly and you hear it thru out the evening while trying to sleep.

The man who checked me in was incredibly nice, accommodating and professional. The hotel was very good for the price. Beds, amenities and the actual room are all very good. Something that needs to be noted is that the surrounding area is quite sketchy, I unfortunately wasn’t able to check in until around after midnight and in all honesty, it seemed very unsafe to walk around there at night. This is obviously not a flaw against the hotel itself but if you are travelling with family/small children or travelling at night, please be aware. Overall, the stay was good, I will visit again when I need a place to crash for work.
