Stayed two nights and found that the rooms are only serviced every other day, which is fine as far as cleaning the room or making the bed is concerned, but it would have been nice if they had emptied the trash and replenished the toilet paper daily. "This property was perfect! We were a group of 5, so we utilized the apart hotel. It was spacious and clean, allowed us to have communal space and private sleeping. Dining at the restaurant was fantastic. Jason was our server and he was amazing. Food was great, only a short 10 min walk to the Muckross Abbey and a breath taking lake. Hotel views bolstered mountains in the morning. Wonderful staff, we did not have time to utilize the spa but it looked beautiful. "
