"We had not stayed here for a couple of years at least, but qe remembered it was nice and clean and close to where we needed to be. The front desk was very nice and helped me out since I had booked through hotels.com but somehow got the dates wrong🙄. I could not change through hotels.com unless I canceled amd lost my payment because it was not refundable. I called Julia at Comfort Suites and she fixed the dates for me. When we arrived, I told the girl at checkin. She also fixed their system and told me I would have to check in again the next day, which was not a problem since they fixed my mistake! We had a good breakfast and good coffee. We relaxed and enjoyed our stay! Thank you to the Sweet ladies at check in I appreciate your kindness! "

"The general manager was kind of a jerk when I called. He actually hung up on me twice. I needed to request a downstairs pet room. But, he wouldn't allow me to do so until the day of my booking. I got the room, everything was great! It's just kind of nerve-racking to not be able to have that certainty until the day of. There were blood stains on the comforter but the room was normal motel 6 quality. And it was normal motel 6 surroundings. You get what you pay for. TV worked.. nothing was broken or dirty so I have no complaints."
