"The staff in the restaurant was amazing and this room was absolutely lovely. Be prepared to take your suitcase upstairs because there is no lift but the stairs aren’t steep like in other areas of the hotel. The tub was absolutely wonderful and perfect for soaking. The sky light style windows have shades but I slept with them open because you got a view of the city and the drizzle. Recommend room 16!!!"
