"Looks exactly like the pictures. It's a really nice building with a bar and restaurant on the lower levels, clean rooms and the staff were really helpful. Also, the area has everything around it, including The Bean, Millennium Park, souvenir and clothing shops, etc. Would definitely go back"

"The staff were excellent. Desk staff was very friendly even when they were swamped. The breakfast buffet staff are very professional and would clear plates and trays so that there was no pile-up. They deal with a large volume of people well. It's just a little bit "beat up"looking from the wear and tear of so many people, and the lobby is ugly. The lighting is ugly too. Our bathroom shower didn't drain properly and was completely missing the Shower Gel canister. I just borrowed the sink soap. If you want a good value in the Loop, I can highly recommend. "

"Great hotel by the river and MIchigan St. Location was excellent for shopping and walking to great restaurant. The hotel/rooms were clean and well upkeeped. The female worker at the reception was excellent, very helpful. My truck didn’t fit at the parking garage provided by the hotel and she gave me a lot of suggestions of where else i can park and refunded the parking we had already paid with them. Will decently come back!"
