There were eggs, muffins, OJ and milk in the kitchen, which was fully stocked with everything you might need to cook during your stay. The stairs to the bedrooms were a little steep and narrow for an older couple but otherwise perfect for our stay! "

"My husband and I, our two adult children and their spouses and our two grandchildren spent a wonderful weekend at this lovely house. The space was perfect for all of us to enjoy. Very tastefully furnished and decorated. The bedrooms were private and comfortable. We spent a lot of time at the house and only ventured out a few times for a meal & a little shopping. The little extras really made this a very comfortable stay for all of us. The only thing I regret is not being able to spend time...

"My husband and I stayed at this cozy motorhome for two nights! We had an amazing time. We went hiking at Dundee falls, reminded us of Hocking hills without the crowds. Stopped to check out the Dover Dam , it was so beautiful, I believe there are hiking there that we will hike the next time, we stay at Ryann's.Also, we want to stay at the other property she owns, which I believe is called "The Riverside Hideout"! We were sad to leave and can't wait to return!"

"The cabin is warm and inviting. All the supplies you need are provided…kitchen and dining ware, firewood, plenty of blankets. The area is very peaceful. All we heard was the sound of leaves rustling, birds chirping and the fireplace crackling. It’s a short walk to take in the beauty of the lake and surrounding trees."

"The only downside to the trip was that we only had one night to stay. We would have loved to have stayed longer. My wife grew up just outside of Zoar and she actually used to babysit for the family who lived in this house back in the 90’s. She was very impressed with how you renovated the house but still managed to keep all of the old character. We will definitely be staying again in the future when we visit family. "

"It was cozy with no major frills. It was fairly clean and we got mostly hot water, but there were few amenities. There was a washer but no detergent. We had to pay extra a night for a second guest, but received nothing for that extra charge. The bed was firm and we woke up to horses neighing in the morning. Also, watch out for horse poop when you walk to your car in the ’driveway’. It did take a while to warm up the pellet stove but then it got toasty. "

A cozy location for an extended family Christmas!

"Middlehaven exceeded our expectations for the space and amenities we needed for our large family Christmas celebration! We ranged from Grandparents to infant and every need we encountered was thought of in this space! Rose put little touches of Christmas decor in each room and a large beautiful tree in the living room that created such a cozy environment for our stay! The coffee bar was a popular hub for adults and teens as we enjoyed warm beverages all day! We played games, read books, lounged in the comfortable seating, soaked in the hot tub and the kids were entertained for hours in the basement when the sun would set early and it was too cold to be outside! That’s just the highlights of our stay, but much more could be said in detail! "
