Se trata de um GOLPE, a recepcionista do edifício não sabia da nossa reserva e ainda informou que acontece com frequência, o numero do site não atende, consegui outro numero no qual me falaram que nao poderiam me ajudar e me passaram um contato por whats app, sugeriram o cancelamento e estorno do pagamento, logo depois me bloquearam e negaram através do site a estornar o pagamento, já estou entrando com representação judicial.

BOM DIA , ENTÃO RESERVEI ESSE APARTAMENTO PARA 1 NOITE , SIMPLESMENTE A DONA QUE DEIXOU O TELEFONE NO SITE NÃO ATENDEU MINHAS LIGAÇÕES E SIMPLESMENTE SUMIU LEVEI UM GOLPE , FUI ATE ESSA PARTE O PORTEIRO DO APARTAMENTO ME INFORMOU QUE ELA FAZ ISSO DIRETO COM SEUS CLIENTES , CHEGUEI COM MINHA FAMÍLIA CRIANÇAS E FOMOS SURPREENDIDOS COM ESSE GOLPE , PAGUEI TUDO CERTINHO COLOQUEI OS DADOS DO CARTÃO E ESSA GOLPISTA AGIU DE MÁ FÉ. ESTOU SUPER DECEPCIONADA COM O SITE EXPEDIA!

HORRÍVEL. JAMAIS FICAREI NESTE LUGAR
PÉSSIMO LUGAR. NÃO recomendo para ninguém ficar neste local. Nunca vi um check in funcionar no horário de 14:00 às 17:00, 3 horas de check in, onde ficam o restante das 24h do dia? Fiquei na rua por causa desse horário que nem hotel de beira de estrada possui. A HOTEIS.COM deveria excluir esse tipo de estabelecimento da sua lista, pois coloca em descrédito a instituição. Tive que fazer chamada de emergência para a sede dos EUA para tentar resolver o problema, apesar do interesse do atendente no exterior tentar ajudar, não foi suficiente devido à falta de comunicação que o "tal flat" possui. Na portaria há local com câmeras e cadeira para o porteiro ficar no seu posto, porém ele desaparece e quem necessita entrar, fica na rua. Nunca vi um lugar tão ridículo com esse tipo de atendimento e tratamento inaceitável ao colocar como certa a informação de que o check in é esse e pronto. Outra falha se trata da HOTEIS.COM não discriminar essa informação no voucher. Se eu visse no documento que esse era o horário, eu JAMAIS ficaria nesse lugar. NÃO RECOMENDO para ninguém ficar nesse flat que ainda por cima, não assume a falta de profissionalismo ao tratar o cliente dessa forma.

DESONESTOS - FLAT SIERRA BELA VISTA, NAO ALUGUEM
Foi uma das piores experiencias da minha vida. Comecou mal quando chegamos em goiania, e na portaria nao sabiam nem informar qual apt era. O telefone na reserva nao era o da empresa que administra o flat, por sorte a porteira disse que poderia ser um numero e nos passou. A mulher (FERNANDA) que nos atendeu foi rude ao telefone dizendo que nao tinhamos lido as regras, mas que se nao quisessemos mais poderiamos cancelar a reserva, depois tentaram nos empurrar um outro flat muito pior que nao aceitamos, ai vieram cobrar varias outras taxas que nos aborreceram, e por fim nos decidimos que nao queriamos mais, apos pagar taxa do hoteis, calcao de 300, e 143 de outras taxas (toalhas, estacionamento, limpeza). Nem sequer entramos no falt que alugamos. Fomos orientados por outra mulher (CAMILA), a deixar as toalhas na portaria do flat que fariam o extorno, e conversado por telefone, ela nos confirmou que enviaria email ao site hoteis (confirmando que ja tinham feito isso outras vezes) cancelando a reserva, detalhe que foi confirmado em 3 ligacoes, que fizemos e podemos provar, pra nao restar duvida. Final da historia, devolveram apenas o calcao, e disseram que nao faz parte da politica da empresa devolver as outras taxas. Nos enganaram, estao agindo de ma fe. NAO ALUGUEM FLAT COM ESSAS PESSOAS, SAO DESONESTAS!!!!

Aparthotel sem infraestrutura de hotel porem muito agradável. O que se destaca é a equipe que sempre está as ordens para resolver possíveis problemas. Muito atenciosos. Sem luxos mas excelente custo beneficio apesar das taxas de limpeza que são pagas na entrada.

Hotel não realizou meu check in tardio.
Embora a reserva tenha previsão de check in tardio, ao tentar realizar o check in às 18 horas, a equipe do hotel se recusou a fazê-lo. É importante mencionar que realizei o pagamento da diária antecipadamente, e o hotel não disponibilizou o quarto reservado e ainda se recusou a devolver o valor que eu já havia pago. O resultado final da experiência foi: (i) paguei pela diária; (ii) não pude me hospedar; (iii) tive que fazer uma outra reserva e outro pagamento em outro estabelecimento.
