The catering staff and the cleaning staff were doing a fine job . Unfortunately the front of house staff at reception were extremely poor constantly on their phones watching videos barely could they look up from said devices to say good morning or good evening. The hotel was dirty,noisy and outdated.

Pra quem busca uma local para o basico, serve bem! A estrutura do hotel é bem antiga, mas atende o basico: café da manhã bom, chuveiro quente, higiene e cama confortável. Tive apenas um probleminha quando necessiteo de um travesseiro e não havia nenhum disponível, mas no dia seguinte providenciaram.
