"The catering staff and the cleaning staff were doing a fine job . Unfortunately the front of house staff at reception were extremely poor constantly on their phones watching videos barely could they look up from said devices to say good morning or good evening. The hotel was dirty,noisy and outdated."

"Stayed before and recognised for that. Rooms are clean and large enough, daily room service is very good. Breakfast is excellent, food room service and restaurant meals are also good. Pool area a little tired but bar service and food very good. Manuel is a great representative for the hotel."

"O hotel é antigo, com móveis bons e de anos atrás, porém confortáveis! Colchões bons e bons travesseiros, toalhas de banho tinha apenas uma no quarto triplo, o banheiro tbm é antigo achei a pressão da água meio exagerada, estava com bebê então solicitei uma banheira plástica para dar o banho mais tranquila, mas não tinha ! Café da manhã muito gostoso! De maneira geral a estadia foi muito tranquila e positiva!"

"Nice clean hotel with great friendly staff. Breakfast was good and hotel restaurant was not a bad option for lunch. Language can be a barrier but solvable with google translate. Will stay here again on my next business trip."
