Nicely updated rooms but the bed was super lumpy and soft. Didn't sleep well, don't think the beds have been updated which was a shame.

The plugs in the room don't work and it took 2 hours for them to bring us bath towels. The AC also doesn't work, and we had to call reception every hour to ask for services, but no one seemed to care. Additionally, the Jacuzzi bath tub only had 3 jets that didn't work. We are requesting a full refund due to the lack of adherence to the contract and the failure to provide proper guest services.
