Close to Surfers Patadise, Harbour Town and all theme parks. A quiet, peaceful boutique area on the Gold Coast but central to Surfers Paradise and theme parks.

an estuary, sits this wonderful large family home.
Ideal for the family who have a love for the water
boating, fishing & crabbing, this location has it all.
The home has wonderful open living spaces downstairs,
including separate dining & outdoor covered alfresco. A large
living room, internal laundry & three separate bedrooms
with full size bathroom. The functional kitchen is placed on
the water-side of the house offering views to the Creek &
natural bushland.
Upstairs is the parents retreat including a large bedroom,
ensuite & walk-in robe with a/c.
Outside there are gardens & lawns & the
outdoor entertaining spaces have direct access to the
waterfront - with beautiful views over the Creek & local area.
A great place to enjoy a BBQ & drinks with family & friends.

We couldn't believe the low price!! This was such a great place for our large family and also for our kids who love fishing. In a quiet safe neighbourhood. Kids fished for hours just off the back stairs, they couldn't stop catching fish. It was close to Harbourtown, Surfers Paradise and major theme parks. Highly recommend!!

This property was close to water and nature, set in a great neighbourhood. Very quiet and peaceful surroundings but close enough to enjoy the best of the gold coast
