I called the hotel twice to inquire about the shuttle and what was required to take the shuttle. They told me I didn't require a reservation and never once was a shuttle schedule mentioned. When I arrived at SFO, I walked to the hotel shuttle area and was standing outside around 11:45 AM. At 11:50 AM, I called the hotel to inquire about the shuttle. The front desk attendant said the shuttle would arrive at 11:52 AM. I waited for 30 additional minutes and the shuttle never arrived, while I saw other hotels come by shuttle waiting area multiple times. One driver even suggested I take a shuttle to the Mariott and walk over to Bay Landing because I had been waiting so long. I called the hotel back and finally connected after 10 attempts and they told me the next shuttle wouldn't arrive until 3 PM. I didn't want to wait at the airport for 3 more hours, so I had to take a $35 Uber to the hotel, and they did not offer to reimburse me or provide any remedies. When I arrived, I asked for the manager multiple times, and they were never anywhere to be found. Then on the way home, the shuttle was 10 minutes late for hotel pickup to the airport. In addition, the hotel was clean but clearly dated. I also didn't receive any of the additional amenities that I was entitled too based on my Expedia booking. I would NOT recommend and won't be staying in the future.

Beautiful remodeled, Quaint. Restaurant Bar delicious and staff terrific.

This is very convenient to the BART station and is quiet and safe. Staff weren’t overly friendly and the room was clean enough but not spotless. The room was comfortable, quiet and safe. A great option for the price.

The staff were great. Just felt unsafe outside the hotel
