"It's a fairly old type hotel, very few English - so not catered for at all. Had breakfast once as it was dire. Didn't eat any main meals or snacks either as it all looked awful. The eastern Europeans were eating it fine so it was prob down to taste. The staff seemed really grumpy - only the bar staff ever found a smile and that was rare. "Would like to commend the wonderful employees at the Hotel International Casino for their genuine hospitality, especially Egor from the front desk. Upon entering the hotel he welcomed us with a welcoming friendly hello and his knowledge and fluency in English was absolutely amazing! Egor jknows how to connect with guests and is always available to answer any questions or concerns with a friendly smile. He truly loves his job! A true asset to the hotel and he should definitely be in top management and train those lacking customer service/hospitality skills. All the bellman were very helpful and friendly. They should be commended for their hard work. The young ladies and gentlemen at the lobby cafe are the best! The breakfast and dinner buffets were plentiful and delicious! Will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family! "
