"The staff and stay was fantastic! The elephants seemed a bit bored and it felt like they needed more time spent or less…I’m not sure. For the price the stay and space was exquisite. I’m not sure what to feel about the elephants and the treatment of them."

"A reasonably well maintained Property. The Room was as advertised. My only issue was the directions provided when using the Expedia App and choosing Google Maps; I was directed to the Property across the Street. The Hotel has no Signage on that Street. The entrance is from the other side of the Property. Something to discuss with the Owner. Other that that small “Hiccup”; I thoroughly enjoyed my stay."

"Room is very good but lack of hot water from shower and only thai language T.V..Bed was very comfortable.200baht for buffet breakfast seems expensive.For the money there are better hotels nearer the border."

"This is a budget hotel - so don`t expect anything more. It is good value for money and in a location about 10 - 15 minutes walk from Chiang Saen centre. There are no cafes close to the hotel so be prepared to walk or take a ride to the centre of Chiang Saen. The staff are friendly and helpful."

"1.Room need deep clean. 2. A/C not working properly, need to change the room. 3. Shower had no hanging points. 4. Car-Park - not available even you check-in, the Hotel use the car park space for renting. So if you went out hotel and comeback you might face to park away from hotel.. 5. TV have only 5 channel.."
