It was a little inconvenient that the front desk had limited operation hours and that there were limited dining options in the neighborhood (no food delivery available via Uber Eats either), but still the friendly service overtakes these little inconveniences. "We had booked this hotel for two nights. we called before our arrival and said we would get there around 8.30pm and we were told it was ok. When we arrived at 8.20pm nobody was there to guid us to our room. We went to the gym which was closing and a guy said I can come and help you. He gave us the key to our room and disappeared. We had requested a roller bed for our daughter and instead we found something like a kid crib in our room. So we couldn't sleep comfortably in that room and there was nobody at the hotel to seek help from. We finally called the man who had told us would meet us at the hotel, and enquired about the roller bed situation. He was extremely rude and said if you don't like it you can leave. I said OK, we can leave tomorrow and you need to refund us the 2nd night. He was just very angry and hung up on me. We left the next morning and no matter how much we tried to get the refund they refused. So it was a horrible stay for us and the hotel was in the middle of nowhere. We don't recommend this hotel at all and I don't think you can call this place a hotel. It's mostly like a gym for the people in the neighborhood. Terrible experience and a waste of money."

"I stsyed here from Monday 21st to friday 25th October, on arrival i found the two receptions very polite & efficient, i stayed in the separate put of their accommodation, the room was of decent enough size with plenty of towels & all the rooms were very clean , i suppose the ibe thing that coild be improved on, is that there was a kettle in the room but no tea/coffee etc all i had was two bottles of water , but no bottle opener , so i had to open them using y teeth ( do try this at home kids!!) , but other than that i was very satisfied with my stay. I had breakfast on 3 of the mornings & the hot food was plentiful & lots of variety of pastries, cereals & fruit juices , i stayed for work & would be happy to stay again."
