The owner (Gisele) and her daughter (Nicole) were super responsive to our questions/communications and we even returned to this property for an additional four nights during our visit to Germany. "No staff present at when we arrived or left. Hotel room was nice and clean but the heat was off when we arrived so it took a bit of time to warm it up. Parking was available nearby but not associated with the hotel the payment machines we all not accepting credit cards (broken somehow), only had 50 EUR bills which also weren’t accepted so it took a but of time to find a place that would provide change."
