"Be careful not to get this one mixed up with the other central hotel in Luxembourg, this one is on Rue Du Kiem in Neudorf (short distance to Kirchberg). Yes, there were a few niggles here and there, but my general feelings about the Central were good. The room was nice and modern, the bed comfortable and the room quiet and a comfortable temperature. We visited in October and all was fine, however the hotel does not have any air conditioning, so in the summer months, things may be different....

"The owner was very good at communicating, although I only gave a 3 for accuracy of the listing because it stated there was a washing machine but one was not available. We were on a 3 week vacation so we were hoping to do some washing. However the kitchen was very well set up with an abundance of coffee and tea. The bedrooms are a good size and comfortable. I would recommend this property."

"The place was great and spacious. Lots of sunlight. Free underground parking. Small-to-Medium-sized bedrooms. Spacious bathroom and small but useful half bathroom. Nice small kitsch with excellent oven-microwave (used it to make frozen pizza). Bus stop right across from the building (all public transportation is free in Luxembourg)."

"Great spacious 1 room apartment. All new. Clean. Very well equipped. Free coffee and tea. Own wifi. Elevator. Great bakery downstairs. Gas station nearby. Historic downtown is 15 minutes walking distance. Parking can be tricky..but free spots can be found. Watch out -main road access is a one way road. "

"The process from beginning to end was outstanding. Tanja was thoughtful and welcoming and made sure we were prepared for our time in Trier. The views of the town from the well-appointed deck and apartment were among the best I’d ever experienced. Groceries and public transportation are in ready reach and allowed for exploration of the ancient history of the region. Overall, an outstanding experience."

"The view is spectacular!! Our kids thought the place was amazing and we also enjoyed it. Owner was very quick to answer any questions we had. It's a little tricky to get to; but that was likely due to us not being from Germany/the area/understanding how the roads work. Once we understood how to get to it, it was a breeze to come and go. "Very good value for money and excellent stay with no faults. Staff very friendly and welcoming, kindly stored my luggage before check in. "If you want a dog friendly hotel smack in the middle of town, with great beds, a pillow menu, wonderful staff, Nespresso machine and fluffy towels this is it. Can't beat the Royal. The only downside for us, the gym is very small. But they do have a swimming pool and sauna. "

"A very comfortable stay. The concierge organised a gift of chocolate to celebrate our anniversary. The room was spacious and very clean. Free mini bar stocked with water and soft drinks. Hotel just a 25min bus ride into city centre. A lovely, chilled hotel, friendly staff, would definitely return and recommend."
