"The staff was very accommodating to help an English only speaking guest. The rooms were quiet and comfortable, great pillows and comforters and the housekeeping staff was great. The restaurant served very good food.The room was a bit musty, but I think it is the nature of the moist climate and that they possibly turn off the ac when the rooms are not in use. There is great shopping within blocks of the area. I will certainly return."

"i use this hotel , over a period of many years. Location to central area good, for food , metro & tourism. Bed mattress & pillows have been updated, in my room 1#01. Laundry facilites have been removed , in last 3~4 wks & update is unknown, atm. Even though property interior feels “dated”, staff are friendly enough. Mandarin & Cantonese is used. English = unknown. I would use this hotel again , in future."

"Ascott is one of the best amongst all serviced apartments. Top notch configuration in the rooms and facilities at the property. I stayed here twice over two week's span. "The room lacked many features such as minibar, safebox etc. There aren't any bars or pubs that I could find in the area, the the hotel doesn't have a bar either. So there is nowhere to grab an after-work beer. There were a few clubs and KTV Places, but they are the kind with Zuo Tai's and Chu Tai's which makes those places not suitable for married men. Compared to price, the hotel was decent anyway."
