"This property is lovely. Clean and well maintained with nice furniture and finishes. Had 3 generations of families and comfortable with a large group. Kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need. Lovely views upstairs. Downstairs is a good space but a bit cold. You have to provide your own firewood for wood burner and an extra blanket would be good to bring in winter. Good laundry and washing line facilities. Overall a great place, would definitely rent again."

"Great location and view of encounter bay. Great walk for the tweens to the Esplanade. They loved the pool and poker table downstairs and the presentation of the bedrooms was excellent. Lots of extra equipment for cooking in kitchen that we were not expecting. Definitely think of staying again sometime."

Wonderful stay
"We had a beautiful stay here. The location was perfect with spectacular views over Knights Beach, across to Victor Harbour, Granite Island & The Bluff. We even managed to spot a whale from the upstairs bedroom! Amenities were great, was very helpful with kids to have spreads & cereals provided. We utilised the full kitchen which is also very convenient when travelling with children, and appreciated both bedrooms on the same floor. Great house, great location and great hosts. Thank you & we’ll be back again."
