"Our stay at Warrenbayne Cottage was exactly what we were looking for. Only 20mins out of Benalla, we were far enough away from town to feel quite serene, but with everything we needed at our fingertips. With a brilliant sized securely fenced block of land, our dogs had all the room in the world and two very friendly and tolerable Greyhounds to run around and enjoy themselves with. Mandy was an amazing host, we'll definitely be back again!!"

"Good over all"

"The house was very clean. We were a bit startled at having to bring sheets and towels, but we got enough warning to be prepared. The instructions came in a strange way that was hard to read but I managed to enlarge them enough to print them and if we squinted we could work out the words. The location was quiet, with good views. The beds were comfortable. We found the light over the table not good enough to play board games, but we were able to use one of the bedside lamps."

"Quirky barn, rural, walking distance to beautiful restaurants in Bank St. Hosts are lovely and very responsive. Loads of old memorabilia. Bedrooms are upstairs and bathroom downstairs. Great garden and surrounds."

"Overall a great stay. House had all the requirements for a great week. Only issue was the driveway to the property, getting a larger trailer up the drive and down again wasn’t great. Perhaps that should be advised on the add."

"Stayed 2 nights in the long weekend and it was really fun. Nice views and lot of places to visit. The home was really Cousey and reverse cycle A/C's kept us warm throughout our stay. "The Bosses Settlement was a real find and surpassed our expectations from the moment we arrived. Picturesquely located in rolling countryside, cahrmingly renovated, very comfortablely furnished (esp the beds),the Settlemnet had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. Authentic Farm Style Retreat - Perfect for families and large groups!

"We had a 3 night, family weekend and cant rate this place highly enough. Super clean with everything imaginable in the kitchen. Would have loved a coffee machine, but was above and beyond for all other needs. Beds were comfortable and all had electric blankets. The fire had been laid and ready for us, all we had to do was light it and enjoy. The couches were very, very comfortable and large coffee tables for games, nibbles and drinks. The main dinning table was stunning and large - perfect! So easy to check in and out. The resident cats were a lovely surprise and made it feel so homely. Belkampar is one of the best stays we have experienced, welcoming and exactly as described. Honestly 5 stars from us all"
