"Well situated, close to Bled but far enough to avoid the traffic jams in summer. Well appointed, with a well-stocked kitchen and plenty of sitting areas. Three good sized bedrooms, although the double bedroom at the top of the house has no curtains / blind, which meant it wasn't ideal with the early summer dawn. But overall, an absolutely lovely place to spend a week and explore a beautiful country."

"Overall of course perfectly located on Ossiacher See if that is where you are aiming to be. Very quit and amazing views from the terrace. The appartment however has not been upgraded since the early 80s (except the shower) and things like amenities are a mix of left-overs/spare accesories. It works but basically its done in a way to maximize rental income with minimum investment. More importantly the appartment is very damp which is largely because they probably save on cost during the winter...

"We really enjoyed our time here. The owner warmed it in advance so that we would be comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need and the bathroom was nice as well. We loved having a tub for the children to bathe in. We also enjoyed the sauna/wellness room very much, but it is a separate entrance and is a shared space."

"The property is located on a small street and there is almost no view of anything except the building across the street and there are way too many levels to negotiate. I was OK, but older people will find this inconvenient. The rooms are of a good size, very clean, with veranda. Not really kid safe because of open electrical outlets that kids can get into. "Huisje was super maar het huisje ligt ergens in een dorpje bij Villach waar niks te doen is. Je hebt de auto overal voor nodig. Hond mag niet aan de Silbersee, maar er is een apart gedeelte voor honden waar hij wel aan het water mag. Als je van rust en luxe houdt is dit een geweldig huisje."

"We loved this hotel, location and the staff, but booked it for a wellness point of view which we did not get. There is no wellness area, there are several pool areas which were chaotic with guest from the hotel and external. Lots of children everywhere. There isn’t a specific spa area just treatment rooms and the saunas were out of use due to a fire. It is however a lovely hotel and great place to stay but nothing relaxing about it. "

Beautiful hotel at a very good location!

"From the moment we stepped inside, the inviting aroma at Bled Rose Hotel instantly lifted our spirits. Our Deluxe Room with a lake view was spacious and well-appointed, though the view was slightly obstructed on the first floor. The room itself was exceptionally comfortable and quiet, boasting a range of our favourite amenities from Rituals The spa area offered a relaxing atmosphere, though we were slightly disappointed to find that sauna use required an extra fee which is €18. Thought a bit pricy for 2 saunas and 1 steem room. But you can use swimming pool and jacuzzi for free. Breakfast was a delightful experience with a generous selection of delicious options. Just a bit of warning it's next to a church and the bells begins to chime at 7am, so if you really like to sleep in, maybe stay not at the lake side."

I’d stay here every time I visited

"This was probably the best experiences we’ve ever had at a hotel. We were greeted by Peter who is a top notch receptionist. He sat with my husband and I for 30 minutes giving us all of the local recommendations and highlighting 3 different maps. The place was warm and cozy, they offered a breakfast basket to be delivered to your room and it was in a great location!"
