"We enjoyed our stay a lot. Beautiful area to explore. Would recommend this rental in the summer for sure. There is barely any heating so we spent a ton of money on firewood and we were still cold. Otherwise a good experience and loved the sauna."

"The hotel is very centrally located, 5min walk to all city shopping, dining and bars. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and efficient. Served sandwiches in the bar when we arrived late even though service had closed. Hotel rooms are not sound proof and TV sound from adjoining rooms can be heard clearly. Rooms get hot without the AC on, AC a little noisy but OK"

"I have the say the staff at this hotel were very nice and helpful I had hurt my leg a few days before the trip and hurt my self leaving the plane at Cork airport so by the time a arrived I wasn’t walking well and the staff made me feel as comfortable as possible and made sure to ask how I was doing on my last day. The breakfast was lovely and we made good use of the swimming pool. "

"Great 3 days at this property! The main entrance was under construction during our stay but it didn't bother us at all. The rooms have all been updated, they were very clean, all 4 adults were comfortable and felt safe. The breakfast is plentiful. The hotel is within walking distance to downtown Cork. There is very limited parking in front of the hotel, we dropped off our luggage at the hotel, parked in a downtown parking garage and walked the 10 minutes back. "Excellent hotel for facilities, location, comfort and courteous, professional friendly staff. This place ticks all the boxes and they have absolutely nailed hospitality from check in to check out. Our room wasn’t quite ready when we checked in which wasn’t a problem at all for us but the receptionist immediately offered as a free drink whilst we waited in the bar. "We stayed for a week and highly recommended this place. Its a lovely set-up with a furnace as well as a small conservatory. The location was perfect for reaching multiple destinations from Cork to Kilareny both being about an hour in either direction. The local town has a rich history and is full of shops, pubs, and grocery stores. The hosts were very pleasant and offered useful suggestions and shared some great stories. Would definitely stay again. "
