There are many solutions. I asked if they could open a vacant room for me to take toilet paper from there. They said no. "I took my mom to Austria, close to where the Romy Schneider Sissi movies were filmed. Hintersee was perfectly located, literally at the end of the road! It is perfect for people wanting to experience Austria in all its glory. And who love to immerse themselves in the local community. "We ran out of toilet paper, called the number and they sent me to a storage where there was no toilet paper. I asked for a solution and was told that there is nothing to do. This is unacceptable. There are many solutions. I asked if they could open a vacant room for me to take toilet paper from there. They said no. Few days later I discovered that the toilet paper was in laundry room and they sent me to the wrong place. You must fix it. If you are a self service you must have a solution for toilet paper refill and know where guest can take it from. Another thing is that you never sent us the code for the garage. Good that we called in advance and asked ourselves. The person didn't know to say if the garage is connected to the hotel but at least gave us the code. Good thing we did it because you never sent it, and when we called on arrival since things didn't work for us initially, no one have answered the phone. Otherwise everything was great."
