We stayed in a family room, and it was decent but we were asked to pay an extra fee to get a room with a bathtub.

Good location, sub-par everything else.

Had to wait 30 minutes to check in due to a very senior lady getting signed up for their bonus program holding everyone up. Having some backup ready in the reception might have been a good idea... Had a silverfish in my bathroom on the 6th floor. Bartender on the bottom floor was awol, the other took a phone call and ignored us, when the first guy returned he went sour due to us paying separatly. Sounds from the street went right through as you might have expected from the location. Thats just about all it got going for itself, it's location. Soundprooing and service courses needed.

Trevligt, centralt och jättefin frukost.

Supertrevligt, centralt och väldigt fin frukost. Vi kom lite tidigt men det var inga problem att få rummet. Vår hund var med och skål och godis fanns till henne. Hitellet ligger på bästa gatan, nära till allt. Trevlig restaurang och jättefin frukost. Ljud från gatan långt in på småtimmarna men det får man räkna med om man väljer hotel på Avenyn. Vi kommer säkert välja detta hotel fler gånger.

Tu delat upplevelse. Säkert ett hotell vi bokar igen - men det finns förbättringspotential. Svårt att stänga badrumsdörren, utsikten från rummet dålig, svetsarbete av kopparledningar i korridoren, tre hissar med olika tema/layout som var konstig, ok frukost utan att få toppbetyg, trevlig bar i lobbyn - dock med okunniga bartenders. Rakt igenom trevlig personal. Bra läge om man vill vara nära allting! Känns som ägarna har för låg ambitionsnivå.
