"Lovely hotel in a perfect location to walk and explore many areas, plus easy access to metro. Our room had a beautiful terrace to enjoy as well. While not a problem for us, important to note the elevator between reception and first floor is broken so you must be able to walk up one flight of stairs to access elevator to rest of hotel. "

"I can't say enough about the staff! I had an emergent issue that required a delivery of a power wheelchair prior to my arrival and my stress level was huge! I called and spoke with Noria(spelling?) And she immediately made me feel secure in the fact that they not only would receive this very expensive chair but store it securely pending my arrival! I was so comfortable as the staff notified me the chair arrived and was locked in the office! When we arrived to the hotel we received a warm...

"Great property really quirky and cute. Had everything we needed. My only gripe would be the lift in to the room. I’m sure it’s safe as all our stuff was fine but it just makes you a little worried, I’ve just never seen direct access to the room from the lift. "
