Waratah is a fully self-contained heritage cottage with one bedroom, lounge room, kitchen and bathroom. Each room is separately air conditioned. The cottage is in a quiet location within walking distance of the CBD. WiFi is included. A barbeque is set aside for guests in the well established gardens. Waratah Cottage

We enjoyed our overnight stay at Waratah Cottage. Hosts were very friendly and helpful. The accommodation had all we wanted and was very comfortable, neat and clean. A guided tour around an interesting property with the hosts was appreciated. We'd recommend this accommodation.

Absolutely lovely hosts. Fabulous little cottage. Nice quiet part of town. Everything you could need in the kitchen including the hosts own honey and eggs. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will be back.

The hosts are generous and caring. They have created a quiet retreat away from the town centre but close for convenience. Home produced eggs and honey, a cottage which looks like a converted stable (in the nicest possible way), comfortable, well-equipped...I can't rave about this place and its hosts enough. If I ever get back to Goulburn, I'll be going straight there without looking for anywhere else.

A lovely spot, close to town, warm and helpful hospitality, comfortable accommodation, and a garden to explore. We stayed searching for family history and our hosts were very supportive and helpful. This was an enjoyable stay.

The property itself was an amazing heritage cottage with all the luxuries of home. Anne's hospitality was second to none and even helping me with my luggage. The eggs from her chickens and honey from her bees were a welcomed treat. I cannot recommend the accommodation enough.

I really enjoyed staying in Waratah Cottage, excellent facilities set amongst productive gardens, near to Goulburn but wonderfully quiet with thecsounds of birds to wake up to. The supplied home grown honey was an added bonus.

Lovely old homestead.great garden

Friendly hosts and nice cottage

Anne and Walter were super kind and helpful when it came to settling in, getting to know my way around and just having a friendly chat. I highly recommend the place, for instance as a base from which to explore Bungonia national park.

Beautiful setting

This was a great place for our overnight stay in Goulburn, it was lovely to be able to walk around the garden after being in the car. The cottage had all we needed and Anne and Alex were great hosts and gave us some suggestions for where to go for meals. We would stay there again if we needed a place in Goulburn

Good old Country hospitality at its finest!

From the first moment we pulled up to the home with its lovely gardens I knew this was going to be a great stay! The servant quarters was great with everything we needed. Breakfast was supplied honey from their hives and fresh eggs from the girls in the garden. Thank you for a great stay

A wonderful stay in Goulburn

We stayed three nights in Anne & Alex’s cottage, from the moment we arrived they were incredibly welcoming and thoughtful in wanting to make sure we had a great experience. In particular we loved the homegrown honey and other treats provided. The cottage had everything we needed, and is in a convenient, quiet location close to the town centre. We would happily stay again!
