"We stayed for a long weekend in November. We enjoyed sitting out on the front porch with our morning coffee and again to see the evening sunset. We had several events to attend in downtown Pensacola and were in walking to distance to many of them. We had everything we needed and the place was immaculate. "We really enjoyed our stay here. Sitting on the dock, eating fresh seafood, getting our dog Buddy to the beach. It was a great getaway for some rest & relaxation. We would definitely stay here again. Lorry & Michael are excellent hosts."

"We enjoyed the stay overall. The lack of a working light near the entrance was a negative as we had to leave at 4am to catch our flight home and could barely see to get down the steps to our car with all our luggage etc. It’s easy to replace a light bulb. Deck was great. Kitchen and bathrooms were great! Paw prints and black dog hair on the two white couches in the main living area are a thumbs down for us….overall I’d give the verbo an “8”"

The pool was really cold so I don’t think it’s heated and there is no hot tub as advertised on the listing but everything else was on point. "This condo is just about perfect. Front gate leads you to the elevator, which takes you right next to this condo. Spacious, beautifully decorated, large balcony looking over the Sabine Bay. Within walking distance to anything you want to do. Only bad mark is the bed in the main bedroom is extremely noisy. It's so bad, you don't even want to move in it. Also, the pool was just too cold to get in, and the weather was in the high 80's all week."

"This unit was excellent and as advertised. The beach was about 800 feet away across Fort Pickens road and easily accessed. The fact that beach chairs and some toys were already there also helped in packing for our trip with small children. "Best option for an early morning flight as hotel provides 24 hours shuttle service or one can just walk the 3 minutes from the hotel lobby to airport entrance.
