"Very cozy spot super close to beach, many restaurants and supermarket. If you are looking for a high-rise hotel this is not for you. If you are looking for something with character then this is your place. We did not have a car and it was fine. Only reason I gave it 4 stars was because you had to pick up and drop of the key at a different location. Also they required a 250 deposit that I was not aware of until day before we got there. "An excellent place to stay for a family of 5! We often times have trouble finding anything where we don’t have to pay extra or get an extra room for our 5th person. All of these condo style units looked out to the pool and we could walk to everything! Perfect spot in Grace Bay. The beach access was great and this building comes with passes for beach chairs which we used every day. Can’t say enough about this small (island feeling) resort!"

"I really like the layout of this condo - 7 steps up to the bedroom/bathroom with a 2nd bathroom and the kitchen/living area on the main floor. The place was very clean and the view of the ocean was excellent. The construction next door wasn't really a big deal- we learned to tune out the minimal noise. Would definitely rent again!"

"Spacious condo for a family of five with three teens. We used the pull out couch, which our 15 year old thought was comfortable. Two bathrooms and two showers were ample. "Great stay! Everything we needed was either in the condo or a short walk away. Beach was a quick walk and great pool area. Onsite restaurant has great sushi. "Such a beautiful and calming place to be! Everyone there was so, so welcoming, and the food options were lovely, particularly breakfast--which ran until 11am! Families were very welcome and entertainment activities abounded, but the atmosphere was never too loud or overbearing. Also: It's situated on one of the most beautiful beaches I've ever seen. Gorgeous island, wonderful people, GREAT vacation!"

"From the rum punch that greeted us at check-in to the spacious taxi that was booked for us upon departure, the service and the staff were white glove all the way. Our deluxe King room with the full kitchen, living area, balcony and ocean view was huge. We loved the combination lock door access from the balcony so we could leave our sandy shoes outside. The bath products were all Bvlgari and smelled amazing. A shout out to Larry and Mark at the towel station by the beach; Reshawn and Abyl at Jo-Jo’s bar. The beach umbrellas and cabanas are set up early so I was able to secure prime sunning real estate for my daughter and shade for me. My only complaint is I felt the buffet was way, way over priced. I literally thought I heard the young lady say $15.99 and was shocked it was actually $59. The first night’s check was $176 for two people with one virgin daiquiri and one margarita. It was kissing $200 with the tip. We dined elsewhere every night after that. Breakfast was reasonable as hotel prices go. The lunch fare is too basic and more and better options need to be available. I feel cooks work in the kitchen vs chefs. The $10 daily taxi to the grocery store is convenient, so we bought breakfast food, but I really think it should be a free shuttle. I would definitely book this hotel again. "
