This cozy cabin is 3 miles North of Graham on Hwy 16 and was established 28 years ago. It housed a group of ladies weekly for paint class and dessert. Over the years it has transitioned into a rent house for several and now a sweet retreat. Graham is the home of The Food Truck Championship of Texas every first weekend in June, and boasts the largest downtown square in America as well as being home to Young County Arena and all the events held there. Although not next door, this cabin is only 20 miles from PK Lake. In Graham you will find plenty of boutique shopping and dining. While back at the cabin you'll find scenic views with peace and quiet. Guest are welcome to hike the trails that cover the 40 acre Brogdon Ranch, feed the horses carrots and enjoy farm fresh eggs.
The floor plan is open, with a king bed and living room together. Satellite TV and Wi-Fi are provided. There is a self-inflating queen size air-mattress available with plenty of extra linens, as well as a very comfy large couch. Kids are welcome to play in the tree house behind the main house and there is a dog run and kennel available behind the cabin. (Dogs must be approved prior to booking). The parking area for the cabin is large enough to park additional guests and/or trailers. The kitchen does not have an oven, but does offer a full size fridge, microwave, griddle and two burner cook-top, as well as a Keurig coffee maker. Charcoal grill (with supplies provided) outside on porch.
