Amazing, large comfortable suites. Modern ans sophisticated. Excellent service. Always helpful to ensure everything is top. Great location between canela and gramado. Close to most attractions. Amazing breakfast and restaurant for dinner. Pool is best part. Cold outside but hot inside. Will stay again

O café da manhã é maravilhoso, a Daniela e sua equipe dos veículos (garagem), são muito gentis. bacanas, as bicicletas do hotel muito boas, tudo limpo, excelente localização, atendimento impecável. Limpeza top, tudo limpo e incrivelmente organizado. O ruim é que não tem jacuzzi para todos (tem que agendar apenas meia hora), e a piscina sempre lotada. Academia muito boa, sauna também.

Fiquei três dias no hotel. Apesar de o estacionamento ser próprio, é pago. A maioria das vezes em que pedi o carro para sair, demorou em torno de 20 a 30 minutos para trazê-lo. Outro ponto de incômodo é que há promotores de venda de cotas imobiliárias andando pelo hotel; fui abordado mais de cinco vezes em três dias.

O hotel é muito bom. Estava cheio, por ser alta temporada, entao algumas ambientes (como a piscina e o cafe da manha) estavam lotados, o que comprometeu um pouco a experiência. Mas de modo geral é uma excelente opcao. Pretendemos retornar na baixa temporada.

Nossa estadia foi agradável, a cordialidade no atendimento foi muito boa, o café da manhã é excelente e o serviço de vallet deixa a desejar pela demora e falta de organização, mesmo vc pagando a parte por isso. Mas o que chama mais a atenção é que você vai encontrar mais funcionários do hotel querendo que convencer a assistir uma apresentação de 30min do que pessoas cuidando da limpeza em geral. Isso realmente foi o mais marcante pra mim na estadia.

O hotel é excelente, novo, bonito. Os funcionários são educados e gardáveis. Achei que o cardápio do restaurante para jantares deuxou um pouco a desejar. Estavam com opções reduzidas de pratos. Café da manhã bem servido.
