Hotel Maravilhoso de localização perfeita!

O diferencial do hotel é o atendimento. Todos os funcionários são treinados para fazer da nossa estadia especial. A Jaqueline, Guilherme e o outro rapaz (desculpe esqueci o nome) foram perfeitos! A Maria do café da manhã é um amor. Sempre atenciosa e sorridente. Todos nos atenderam super bem. Parabéns equipe!! A localização é perfeita. No coração da Borges de Medeiros, a poucos metros da rua Torta e Praça das Etnias. Não precisa e carro para nada e se precisar, uber funciona muito bem. A limpeza do hotel é impecável. O café da manhã é muito bom e é necessário agendar horário. A tarde tem bolinho e chá disponível para os hóspedes. O Hotel é todo em madeira, lindo. Tem um lound com lareira interno e um externo. Se posso citar um ponto negativo seria somente melhorar a acústica dos quartos. Como o hotel é na melhor localização tem um pouco de barulho da rua.

Experiência frustante, fotos não condizem

Não recomendo o hotel para casais. Logo na entrada, sem culpa da recepcionista, fomos informados de uma taxa de 94 reais por prestação de serviços (até agora sem saber quais serviços, ou algo que realmente tenha sido feito. Além disso a funcionária informou que não acham justo por esta informação no momento da reserva. Eu disse, então o justo é o hóspede saber só na hora que chega?). Tem boa localização, apenas isso. Não possui elevador, escada e chão mal conservados, e quem está no piso da suíde topázio torça pra não chover, pois não há cobertura na saída do quarto.

Lugar aconchegante e atendimento top Todos os funcionários foram solícitos e muito gentis. Saimos para ao aeroporto de madrugada e eles se preocuparam de nos deixar um lanche para nao sairmos de jejum Esse hotel foi um dos mais prestativos e com funcionários no geral mais atenciosos em que ja estive. Parabéns a toda equipe, desde do pessoal do cafe ate a recepção. E ainda está muitíssimo bem localizado. Agradeço a todos colaboradores

Nós recomendamos e nós voltaríamos com certeza.

Logo que cheguei encontrei uma baratinha no banheiro, não gostei. Porém foi a única coisa ruim do lugar, o restante é maravilhoso: atendimento, recepção, quartos, lareira, tudo muito bom, vcs estão de parabéns. Como sugestão recomendo vcs fecharem com uma tela de nylon da área do banheiro para evitar entrar insetos. Se vcs fizerem isso serão perfeitos.!
