I loved that I was like 3 minutes walking away from the centrum but the location and the construction of the hotel is like you are staying far in the montains.It was my first time in Gramado.I was there for Festuris.But will return and this time with my family and will stay again at Hotel Recanto da Serra

O hotel é bem no centro de Gramado, bonito, tudo muito bem limpo e cheiroso, ótimo atendimento. Tem natureza ao redor. Estacionamento no local gratuito.O único ponto negativo foi o café da manhã, acho que pra qualidade do hotel poderia ser melhor. Na segunda feira estava melhor que no domingo, mas os pães são secos, pouca variedade de salgados e os bolos doces demais. Mais valeu a hospedagem, é um lugar muito bom.

Quando vamos a Gramado, buscamos nos hospedar no Recanto da Serra. O hotel é bem localizado, a sua estrutura é bem completa e atende bem as necessidades dos hóspedes, a limpeza é impecável e o café da manhã é excelente.

O hotel é bem localizado, no meio da mata, com uma estrutura comum muito boa. Os funcionários são muito simpáticos e solícitos. Nós ficamos em chalés e, me deu impressão que a estrutura nos Chalés não é tão boa quanto do prédio principal: 1) Os aquecedores não aqueciam o chalé, e quando íamos ao prédio principal para café da manhã estava tudo quentinho. 2) Em um dos chalés não chegava sinal de wifi, 3) o chuveiro não aquecia bem ao ponto de termos que tomar banho frio ou com a água só no ponto de quebrar o gelo - fez 2° quando estávamos lá 4) nos dois chalés os ar-condicionadoals estavam sem bateria no controle. Tudo foi reportado, mas não chegou numa solução em nossa curta estadia. Acredito que vale mais a pena o quarto (que é inclusive mais barato) do que o Chalé, isso pela impressão que eu tive ficando no Chalé (não valeu a pena na minha opinião, em especial pelo banho frio).
