Tudo maravilhoso no hotel, sem detalhes, mas as plataformas precisam deixar claro que na hospedagem o parque (oficina da diversão) não está incluso, pois só no momento q solicitei o ingresso na recepção fui surpreendido q o parque que informa na descrição era outro, tendo que pagar a parte o acesso.

Atendimento excelente e melhoria na recreação

O espaço kids estava funcionando de forma improvisada no hall porque estavam trocando o piso e fazendo uma mini reforma. Com isso, minha neta só utilizou o brinquedão uma vez. Além disso, a recreação tb ficou abaixo da minha expectativa. Talvez por haver poucas crianças hospedadas e com idades muito diferentes tenha sido difícil elaborar um plano de recreação que realmente conseguisse entreter as crianças por um período maior. Um outro ponto, que segue como sugestão, é verificar com os hóspedes, no momemto do check-in, sobre a disponibilidade de doces no quarto. É disponibilizada uma quantidade excessiva de doces, além dos doces que já são oferecidos no café da manhã. No mais, a experiência é muito boa, mas pra poucos dias. Talvez agora com as oficinas haja mais oferta de recreação... Os pontos mais positivos são os quartos (Unibrilho, principalmente) e a apresentação no café da manhã. O atendimento em geral tb é excelente.

Foi incrível. Hotel muito pensado para crianças. Uma experiência incrível! Recomendo muito!!! Eles pensam em tudo, a criança se sente super incluída. Tempo de qualidade com família! Só uma sugestão: tinha que colocar protetor nas quinas do elevado em cima das camas e a maioria das tomadas do quarto não funcionam.
