Terrible Stay. Look For Something Else!
When I arrived at the property and saw my room, I was in shock because it was nothing like the pictures online. The room was terrible and so small one could barely walk between the bed and wall. I went back to the reception and they apologized and said that it was a glitch on the system and that I actually had booked the deluxe room. The deluxe room was no better than their standard room and I told the manager that their pictures online were very misleading and I was not going to stay in the hotel at all. The manager then offered me an apartment in a building within the property and only because I had my family (wife and child) and because I arrived late at night I decided to stay in the apt. Problems throughout my stay which I still regret not going to another hotel: 1. Wi-fi pretty much non-existent. Never worked properly. 2. They advertise they have a gym but it is a joke. They have one beat up treadmill. That thing barely worked. I tried to work out in the morning and the machine wasn't working as I was leaving the place a man called me and said I had to turn the building's electrical breakers on every time I wanted to use the gym in the morning. What was that?!!! 3. I had to check out early, around 0525 (am), and found myself locked in the property and almost lost my flight. The parking garage was locked as was the door to the main building. Went back to my room called reception and no answer. Went back to the main building and banged on the locked doors.

Somos clientes do Hotel deste que era Klein Hotel mas notamos que o atendimento foi com uma certa frieza dos funcionários como se seus atos fossem automáticos de um treinamento frio, faltou simpatia menos da camareira do segundo andar que por novata na empresa, apenas a uma semana, foi de uma simpatia e prestatividade incrível, talvez por trazer uma boa experiência do emprego anterior trouxe também este excelente preparo e experiência em atender hóspedes, também exalto o recepcionista Nathan muito cortês, atencioso e bem humorado, exceções aos seus colegas. Outro fato que notamos ter caido muito a qualidade foi o Café da manhã, não que fosse ruim mas achamos muito artificial, não tinha gosto de café da manhã caseiro pois até o café é feito por máquinas, no tempo do Hotel Klein era bem mais natural a maioria dos itens do café da manhã, tortas com padrão único de massa seca na base que nem todos gostam, espero voltar lá e ver que minhas observações ajudaram a esta excelente empresa hoteleira da rede Sky tenha evoluido pra melhor ainda do que já é. O hotel é excelente, confortável, limpo e bem arejado. Atendimento impecável, café da manhã com bastante opções. O quarto de acomodação da minha família possuía um cheiro de esgoto quando outro apartamento acionava descarava ou fazia uso do chuveiro. No último dia de estádia, foi realizado a limpeza das fossas do hotel, o que supostamente melhoraria esse cheiro.
