"We stayed at this hostal for a one-night getaway and was adequate for our needs. The reception area is not staffed so it was necessary to ring the number on the door. We only waited for 5 minutes before someone arrived to check us in.The rooms were fairly basic, but very clean and there were a few nice touches like a mini fridge and a coffee maker in the room, along with a tv. Own private bathroom with shower.The only downside was that our room faced the road so there was quite a bit of traffic...

"Great location in quite non-touristy, town. Well stocked and 2nd bathroom is a godsend. As was a shopping trolley for carrying the water from one of two local supermarkets. One slightly odd thing was that the kitchen only had one socket - for a kettle, microwave and coffee maker, so was a little annoying to have to keep plugging & unplugging. Overall a fantastic stay & great communication with Candeleria."

"A pleasant town with excellent amenities. The apartment has a balcony overlooking a square with the beach just beyond. Wonderful for sitting out and watching the world go by. The apartment was well equipped and very clean. Quite busy at night over the weekend, which made it a little noisy until the restaurants closed. Altogether, however, strongly recommended."

Not so highly rated for check -in, difficult to find apartment difficult to park and impatient, rude host. lack of basic condiments and not even a spare toilet roll or bin bag for a 5 night stay noise from the Indian restaurant 2 floors below. Loud music started at around midnight as the restaurant was closing and we had to ask them to be quiet. We informed our host after 3 nights as we had hoped it would stop and his mother...
