"Amazing hotel and a very polite staff very good for stays "

"Well located for enjoying Granada shopping and historical areas. Intelligently designed room and bathroom; room would have benefited from a chair as well as small banquet,2 people = 2 seating areas needed. Only blip was no hot water for almost 24 hours; no room change offered; received modest discount for major inconvenience. Nice breakfast available. We would stay there again "

"Clean room, well designed, and helpful staff. The hotel is near the Alhambra but a walk from town and we didn’t see any restaurants nearby. The buffet breakfast for 20 euros was very good. Taxis were convenient and inexpensive. Parking is 25 euros. It’s a nice hotel."

"Great location close to the Alhambra and the centre of the city. Very good helpful staff, lots of eating places around. Book your Alhambra tickets over a month in advance or you have to do what we did - pay the earth for tickets from scam ticket resellers. Tainted our visit to Granada."
