This is a lovely and classy property with absolutely stunning views of the Alhambra from the rooftop. The front desk, concierge and help are top notch. I think we had a subpar dining experience with one of the dishes but perhaps that was a one-off. Also, the parking and driving access to this place is confusing so… avoid driving if you can! The rooms are gorgeous and truly luxurious

The hotel is luxurious in every aspect. The staff was outstanding and the service impeccable. The concierge went above and beyond in helping us obtain online concert tickets when we had problems with the venue’s website. Most places we went in Granada were easily walkable but the hotel also arranged private transportation for us when we needed. Our five night hotel stay was truly memorable.

I can’t fault this hotel. The staff were attentive and efficient, nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is newly open and was spotless. Real care and attention has been spent on fitting out a historic building with beautiful furniture and fittings. It’s a central spot and easy to get anywhere in Granada you need from the hotel. I will be recommending it to all my friends - thank you for a fabulous stay.

I can not speak highly enough of the staff! They are welcoming & accommodating, taking their time to take care of your individual needs & requests. We could not have had a better stay. The facilities are pristine and the staff was fully attentive at all times. We had a wonderful 4 night stay and will definitely book here again.
