Selina Granada - Hostel

3.0 star property
8.0 out of 10, Very good, (113)
"This is mainly a hostel focused on budget travellers, however, there are double rooms with a bathroom available, too. Don’t buy food and drinks at this hostel as they are heavily overpriced. You can dine and drink half price elsewhere. On the other hand you can purchase some local trips, transports and various activities at the reception at a reasonable cost. The hostel looks quite dated and the room equipment is poor. I still liked the pool and vibes. The breakfast included was reasonable. "

La Posada del Sol

3.0 star property
9.0 out of 10, Wonderful, (162)
"We stayed two nights and were very happy with the experience, a great value for the price. La Posada is well located 3 blocks from the main square and the restaurants. The rooms were basic but clean and we enjoyed a dip in the pool after a walk around sunny Granada. All in all a good choice on this price range, oh yeah and they are pet friendly. "

Hostal Los Octavianos Deluxe

2.0 star property
6.2 out of 10, (25)
"Hostel looks OK. Staff was friendly and helpful! Free breakfast was simple, but good.. The sign on the street does not say "los Octavianos", so even standing infront of the door, I had to knock and ask if it was the correct place. Room was tiny with an extra unwanted bed, leaving nearly zero floorspace. Linens hanging on railing outside room, loose boards on stairway, exposed wires in the shower!?! Google maps sent me in the opposite direction, apparently to the old location, so finding the...

Hotel Granada

3.5 star property
8.0 out of 10, Very good, (156)
"Great property, good looking grounds, the staff were friendly and hard working. It's a shame i was there during this Covid outbreak and so the hotel and city were empty. My room wasn't the greatest in the sense that the shower didn't work quite well and the hand and face towels we were given were stained and hence looked dirty and were actually NOT changed when the room was serviced."

Mombacho Lodge

2.5 star property
8.6 out of 10, Excellent, (4)
"Nothing to do around one you do the zip line, the coffee tour and a trail on Mombacho. The place is isolated and hard to get to anywhere without a car. The guys cooked us meals every day which were not too bad concidering the circumstances and reasonably priced. We stayed 2 nights and that was enough for us.It was nice being so close to a volcano and being surrounded by nature.Lots of hawler monkeys around as well!!"
