Great location for all things outdoors in Grandby
We spent several days fly fishing and golfing in the valley and really loved the location and views from the property. The back deck is great for mornings and evenings.

We checked in with difficulty and it was very dark at the property and it was full.of dust and dirt as there were construction going and it was scary as well, family , children and friends decided that we will not stay and vacated the property amd chuldren were scared to stay at the property , we would not contact VRBO as well to tell them the experience nor the property was responsive ..bad customet experience

Condo is right at base camp, maybe 150 feet from the lift! Very close and clean! Also great view and can watch the slopes from this corner condo!

The condo was super clean, the beds where comfy, the pool was amazing, a little difficult to figure out how to pay and get into it but we ended up figuring it out. We had a couple of issues but George the property manager got back to us quickly and was super helpful and friendly. We will stay here again.

Very clean, beautiful condo. Easy to get to and close to several activities. We were very pleasantly surprised at the well-stocked kitchen and bedrooms. We brought a lot of extra things we didn’t end up needing.

This condo was a nice place and was slope side, the only problem was the hot water didn’t work well. Had to take cold shower after someone took a shower and no hot water to wash my face in the morning. Took forever to get hot water.

The location and accommodations were great, however, we had reached out prior to the trip inquiring about a crockpot and potential early check in, but did not get a response. Upon arriving at the property, the washing machine was broke which was not ideal as we had been tubing and had clothes that needed washed prior to skiing the next morning. They did fix the washing machine the following afternoon, so it worked out. The main bedroom however, did have blood on the sheets so they had clearly not been washed or replaced. They sent sheets with the maintenance person the following day for us to change them. Overall, it was clean but there was trash, a sock, and game pieces under the dresser/bed in one of the rooms. We also had to search for one remote which was eventually located in another bedroom.

Location and unit are outstanding and in a great location. Hot water didn't work our last day and couldn't be resolved before we left. We are also given an incorrect code to enter outside door entry which was a pain.

Lots of space and unbelievable amenities
Base Camp One is situated at the bottom of the ski lifts at Granby Ranch, so it is ideally located. This condo is well equipped with everything your family will need for a great stay, including things I've never seen in a rental before: A full rack of Keurig pods, full-size lotion, shampoo and conditioner, plus a large packet of makeup wipes in all three of the bathrooms, all the TP and paper towels and garbage bags you will need. Amazing! The downside, which is no fault of the property owner or manager, is that a major construction project is underway in front of Base Camp. They start bright and early at 7 AM, M-F, and that noise can be disturbing when you have the windows open (which you will in the summer). They have one of eight condos finished, so this will likely continue for quite awhile. Bring a sound machine and enjoy your stay. We certainly did!

The house and views were beautiful. The resort had lots to do and perfect distance from surrounding activities like water rafting, off roading, hiking, biking and alpine slides. Book here and you won’t be disappointed!

Good stay!
Good quality unit and well equipped. There was a high pitched whiny noise in the bedroom off the living area that seemed to come from the radiator. Hoping the management team gets that resolved quickly. We did not need heat so not sure why it was happening. The building had nice amenities and a good parking garage.

Lovely Granby Ranch Stay!
We came with family for a quick ski weekend at Granby Ranch and were thrilled with the condo! Location, heated inside parking and ski locker storage were perfect. So easy for kids to come and go during the day from the mountain. We all enjoyed the patio fire pit for making s’mores and watching the skiers! Would love to come back to this condo again!

Amazing place great for families and young kids!
We just had the most dreamy vacation over Christmas break. The place was spacious, clean, and looks recently renovated. Great views of the side of the slope and across the valley. Going to ski was as easy as walking out the front door! Couldn’t have asked for a better location. The kids loved the bunk room and we loved lying in front of the fire after a full day of skiing. The slopes were perfect for our beginner little skiers. The mountain was manageable and built up their confidence. A trip for the books!
