"It was generally a good stay with enough dresser space for clothes, a reasonable size but there were some issues that came up. First there were no extra blankets (fortunately we had a heavy 1 in the car that we used). It was quite cool in the room when we got there but could not figure out how to turn the heat up. It was only when we called for help that we discovered it had to be changed over from A/C to heat but there were no instructions to say that. There were no wash cloths. There were no...
