The front desk staff was friendly! The breakfast was in a delightful little room and had plenty of options. "We stayed at the Hotel Tandem during Christmas season. Loved the hotel and staff. Location is across from main train station - very convenient if arriving by train. No on-site parking and parking options are limited; especially on holiday weekends. We would stay at Hotel Tandem again if in Strasbourg in the future."
